A. Admission price is $10.00 each, Keep in Mind this is our
19th year in the Haunt business . A lot of the same people keep
coming back year after year. We are continually buying
new props and improving our show. This year we even bought a new house, new too us that is.
We Have had people go though this year just to give
us their opinion and when told the price they say oh
too much, however after going though they say it's
well worth what you charge, some have even said
we should charge more, but you be the judge.
Q. What is the Best time to come?
A. We suggest you arrive early, many complain of
the lines been to long, but everyone seems to arrive

at 7:00pm nightly and from the first visitor to the
last we put on the same show, no matter how long
the lines are we will not cut the performance of our
show.. so if you don't like long lines come early and
on a week night. Some people actually like the long
lines they say they gat a kick out of watching the
people when they come out.

Q. Can we get refused admission after we purchase the ticket? A. Sorry but yes, we have the right to refuse admittance to those who do not follow the rules and get out of control. This can be as little as being rude, use of foul language, or more aggressive behavior of pushing, vulgar actions, weapons of any kind, alcohol, etc. Not only will you be refused admittance but you may be arrested if your behavior becomes Disorderly. Safety is our upmost concern. We have a list of rules just like anyone else that must be adhered to for your own safety. Violation of these rules and you will be asked to leave without a refund.
Q. Can we take photos or videos? A. NO! It is a distraction and we just don't allow it No Cameras Allowed inside. If someone wants to see what all the talk is about they'll have to come see for them selves.
Q. Is it really that scary? A. Yes! But that all depends on the person, some people are harder to scare than others. And we will try our best to scare the yells out of you and your friends. That is what you paid us for!
Q. Do we pay for parking? A. No! Our parking is free.
Q. How many people do you let in at a time? A. For your entertainment we only let a few people in at a time. We do this so you have a better scare rather than being all bunched up and herded through. Our actors have some places where they will hold you up just for this reason, you paid good money to get frightened not to see the ones in front of you get the scare. Do what the actor asks!.
Q. Why are we asked to NOT bring our cell phones? A. Like at a theater or play we ask that you DO NOT bring in the phones as when it rings it disturbs the other customers. Also the lights from the phone can rune the effect of the scare we are providing. Also we have had people talking while going through and disturbing other guests.
Q. What happens if I loose something in the haunt? A. Do not stop! After you exit the facility contact the ticket office and we will have our staff look for the property. But we will not stop the show for your lost article. If the property is not found during the show times we will look for the item that night and you can leave a contact number or address for us to get a hold of you. That is why we ask that you do not bring things in that can be lost.
Q. Why do you have video surveillance of the attraction? A. We do this for the safety of the facility and you. This gives us an extra eye to ensure that we are keeping every thing moving along fine and so some people do not attempt to cause harm to our sets, props and or other guest.
Q. What happens if it is too scary? A. For the kids we offer a Boo Factor! We tell all children at the entrance that if it is too scary to say "Boo!" at the monsters and this is a password for the actor to back off a bit. We will still scare, but not as hard, or attempt to reduce the scare. This will not work for any adult, as it will make it worse.
Q. Why are you making me take my lighter (... knife ... pager ... cell phone ... etc.) back to the car? A. We utilize metal detectors at our entrance. For obvious reasons, we do not want weapons of any kind on the premises. Too many like to use their lighter in dark places, so they are banned, too. Over the years, we have built quite a stock pile of things that people lost in the house. We will not be responsible for expensive electrical equipment and we do not want to shut down operations to look for them when you drop them out of your pocket. Therefore, leave all cameras, pagers, phones, knives, guns, lighters, in your cars.
Q. I started to hyperventilate and didn't make it all the way through. Do I get my money back?
Let me get this straight. (1) You paid us money to scare you. (2) You got scared. (3) You got even more scared. (4) You got so scared that we had to stop the show to escort you out. No! you don't get your money back in fact we think you owe us more money. lol
